Moduflex® Series 800 steel panels, with their mass, perimeter seals and full 4" (102mm) thickness, provide reliable real-world field sound control performance - performance on which you can depend.

Walls to 44' (13411mm) high have one-piece, seamless faces and frames-no splices.
Acoustically rated to Sound Transmission Class (STC) 55.
Optional Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) rated .80.
20-guage steel edge-welded directly to 14 gauge steel frames.
Class A panels have non-combustible, steel faces and frames. Bronze finish, deep-nesting, interlocking vertical panel edges and horizontal operable seals are made of steel for extra impact strength. Panels have continuous vertical and horizontal acoustical seals that are carefully aligned and placed in a double row labyrinth for optimum acoustical performance.
11-guage steel formed suspension brackets on tall panels.
Internal post-tensioning horizontal torsion tubes on tall panels.
Hydraulically dampened bottom seals with choice of 1-1/2" (38mm), 2-1/2" (64mm), or 5-1/2" (141mm) clearance
Choice of top Manuseals®, Autoseals®, or Sweepseals®.
All seal mechanisms are outside the panel frames for access for serviceability.
Steel astragals protect panel edges and conceal the seals mechanisms.
7-guage all-steel overhead tracks with all-steel ball-bearing wheels, massive welded steel track brackets and the most advanced Pre-Programmed® tracking and carrier system in the world. Set-up is quick and assured to be accurate.
Optional aluminum track with integral metal soffits and the same all-steel wheels for moderate size openings.
Rugged, reliable, field-adjustable, acoustical pass doors with optional Autocloser® hydraulic door closers, exit (panic) hardware and photo-luminescent exit signs.
Deluxe expandable closure panels with exclusive high-torque mechanisms function reliably on walls to 44'(13411mm)in height.
Optional Moduflex Series 800 Firecoustic® walls with UL® certified one-hour fire rating with single and double acoustically rated pass doors, 2-way, 3-way, and 4-way intersecting walls, and all standard wall covering surfaces.

MULTI-DIRECTIONAL INDIVIDUAL PANEL OPERATION
Moduflex®Model 810MD (Multi Directional) operable walls have carriers and overhead supporting track designed to allow the individual panels to negotiate 90 degree intersections. This design is used primarily for using panels in alternate locations.

PRE-PROGRAMMED INDIVIDUAL PANEL OPERATION
Moduflex® Model 810PP (Pre-Programmed) operable walls have carriers and overhead supporting track designed to make up openings and store the same way every time. This design is the easiest, quickest and surest way to set up the walls.

PAIRED-PANEL OPERATION
Moduflex® Model 820 operable walls have panels hinged in groups of two, each panel supported by radial type, steel ball-bearing wheels, which allow convenient, manual operation and center stacking.

CONTINUOUSLY HINGED PANEL OPERATION
Moduflex® Models 840 and 840GWE (Gymwall) operable walls have continuously hinged panels. Alternate panels are supported by trucks of four radial type steel ball-bearing wheels. Electrically operated, and center stacking, these models are ideal for high, expansive areas or where remote operation is required.
