Door Models
SR 8300S - Door panels are constructed with ¾" thick plywood core all capped with a PVC edging and 1/16" ABS adhered to both sides forming a 7/8" overall panel thickness. Please specify model SR 8300S G for fully gasket doors.

SR 8300S SS - Door panels are constructed with ¾" thick plywood core all capped with a PVC edging and 22 gauge Stainless Steel adhered to both sides forming a 7/8" overall panel thickness. Please specify model SR 8300S G for fully gasket doors.

SR 8300S GV - Door panels are constructed with ¾" thick plywood core all capped with a PVC edging and 22 gauge Galvanized material adhered to both sides forming a 7/8" overall panel thickness. Please specify model SR 8300S G for fully gasket doors.

All SR 8300S Rigid Traffic Doors operate on the CMI Stainless Steel "V" Cam Gravity Hinging System complete with bottom hinge pin assembly.

Doors are custom built to your own specific requirements and can be ordered up to 48" x 96" for singles and pairs up to 96" x 96".

Standard vision panels are 9" x 14" durable, clear acrylic set in black rubber molding and centered at 60" from the finish floor. Other configurations and sizes are available upon request. See Vision Panel Chart.

Options & Colors
Optional spring bumpers, impact plates or lower hinge guards are recommended in applications where cart or motorized hand traffic exists. All add years to the life of your door without compromising the fit and finish.

The SR8300S is available in your choice of standard ABS colors that include Metallic Gray, Chocolate Brown or White. Optional colors or color matches are available upon request.

Installation & Maintenance
Doors are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in existing or factory supplied frames. The package includes templates, drawings, easy-to-follow instructions and thread-forming fasteners.

These doors require only periodic cleaning with an industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is recommended.

Warranty
The SR 8300 S carries a three-year hinging system and one-year panel warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. All warranties stipulate correct installation and sizing requirements.

Most orders are filled within a 3 to 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg, MB. Prepaid freight is available at extra cost.
