Features & Advantages
Door panels are constructed of ¾” plywood and can be
clad with several different materials
Core Doors operate on the CMI type "C" Gravity Hinging System with hardened steel cam and rollers. The bottom hinge pin assembly is a steel rod welded to a 3/16" thick steel angle. See Diagram "A". All parts are powder coated Gray.
Standard vision panels are 9” x 14” x ¼” durable, scratch resistant clear acrylic set in black rubber molding and centered 60” from the finish floor. Other configurations and sizes are available upon request see vision panel chart.
Core Doors are custom built to fit any finished opening up to 48” x 96” for singles and pairs up to 96” x 96”.
Solid Core Service Doors are well known for their lightweight and outstanding durability, as well as for their ease of maintenance and long service life.
Door Models
Model SR 3000 - is clad with .032” anodized aluminum and comes
equipped with 48” high, 18 gauge stainless steel impact plates on both
sides. All this is capped with stainless steel on all exposed edges. Full
perimeter gasketing is optional, please specify Model SR 3000G.
Model SR 3001 - is clad with impact resistant 1/16" ABS plastic, available in the following colors:White, Black, Chocolate Brown and Metallic Gray. All this is capped with stainless steel on all exposed edges. Optional colors and color matches available upon request. Full perimeter gasketing is optional. Please specify Model SR 3001G.
Model SR 3002 NP - is clad with your choice of many manufacturers' high-pressure plastic laminate in just about any color or design imaginable. All this is capped with stainless steel on all exposed edges. Full perimeter gasketing is optional. Please specify Model SR 3002 NPG.
Model SR 3002 SS - is completely clad with 20 gauge stainless Steel. All this is capped with 18 stainless steel on all exposed edges. Full perimeter gasketing is optional. Pease specify Model SR 3002 SSG.
Options & Colors
The SR 3000 Series is available with a variety of options from Impact plates
or cart guards to spring bumpers and lower hinge guards. All add years to
the life of your door without compromising the fit and finish.
All colors as per plastic laminate manufacturer's and CMI standard range. Optional colors and color matches available upon request.
Installation & Maintenance
Doors are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery in
existing or factory supplied frames. The package includes templates, drawings,
thread forming fasteners and easy-to-follow instructions.
Core Doors require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended.
Warranty
The SR 3000 Series of Doors carries a three year hinging system & one
year panel warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. All warranties
stipulate correct installation and sizing requirements.
Order Fulfillment
Most orders are filled within a 2 to 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg,
MB. Prepaid freight is available at extra cost.
