Limitations
These doors are not suitable for wash down applications.
Features & Advantages
Door panels are constructed of .063" aluminum with a
HDP reinforced back spine and a formed leading edge to give added strength
to the door panel.
Aluminum Sheet Doors operate on the CMI type "C" Gravity Hinging System with hardened steel cam and rollers. The bottom hinge pin assembly is a steel rod welded to a 3/16" thick steel angle. See Diagram "A". All parts are powder coated Gray.
Standard vision panels are 9" x 14" x ¼" durable, clear acrylic set in black rubber molding and centered 60" from the finish floor. Other configurations and sizes are available upon request see vision panel chart.
Aluminum Sheet Doors are custom built to fit any finished opening up to 48" x 96" for singles and pairs up to 96" x 96".
Aluminum Sheet Doors are well known for their lightweight as well as for their ease of maintenance and long service life.
Door Models
Model SR 2002 - is .063" anodized aluminum clad both sides with
your choice of many manufacturers' high-pressure plastic laminate in just
about any color or design imaginable.
Options and Colors
The SR 2000 Series is available with a variety of options from Impact plates
or cart guards to spring bumpers and lower hinge guards. All add years to
the life of your door without compromising the fit and finish.
All colors on the SR 2002 series as per plastic laminate manufacturer's standard range.

Installation & Maintenance
Doors are conveniently packaged ready to install upon delivery
in existing or factory supplied frames. The package includes templates, drawings,
thread forming fasteners and easy-to-follow instructions.
Aluminum Sheet Doors require only periodic cleaning with a strong industrial soap or detergent. Regular lubrication of moving parts is also recommended.
Warranty
The SR 3000 Series of Doors carries a three-year hinging system and one-year
panel warranty against faulty materials and workmanship. All warranties stipulate
correct installation and sizing requirements.
Order Fulfillment
Most orders are filled within a 3 to 4 week period. All orders are FOB Winnipeg,
MB. Prepaid freight is available at extra cost.
